Buddy Guy in Concert @ Luther Burbank Center for the Arts
Mar 18 @ 7:00 pm

Special Guest Brandy Zdan

At age 80, Buddy Guy is a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee, a major influence on rock titans like Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, and Stevie Ray Vaughan, a pioneer of Chicago’s fabled West Side sound, and a living link to the city’s halcyon days of electric blues. Buddy Guy has received 7 GRAMMY Awards, a 2015 Lifetime Achievement GRAMMY Award, 34 Blues Music Awards (the most any artist has received), the Billboard Magazine Century Award for distinguished artistic achievement, a Kennedy Center Honor, and the Presidential National Medal of Arts. Rolling Stone Magazine ranked him #23 in its “100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time.”

Mavis Staples in Concert @ Luther Burbank Center for the Arts
Apr 27 @ 8:00 pm

Mavis Staples is an alchemist of American music, and has continuously crossed genre lines like no musician since Ray Charles. Weaving herself into the very fabric of gospel, soul, folk, pop, R&B, blues, rock, and even hip hop over the better part of the last 60 years, the iconic singer has seen and sung through so many changes, always rising up to meet every road unwaveringly.  At the beginning of her eighth decade of singing truth, Mavis Staples has delivered a new recording, If All I Was Was Black, ten songs about America today, where the present is filled with ghosts of the past. This is her third collaboration with songwriter and producer Jeff Tweedy and marks the first time Tweedy has composed an entire album of original songs for Mavis’ legendary voice and a nation she’s uniquely poised to address.

May 12 @ 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm

Farm to sTable Dinner: May 12, 5:00-11:00 pm

Held at the beautiful Beaumont Farms, and hosted by the White Barn Project, the Giant Steps Farm to sTable Dinner highlights locally-sourced food and libations from the Sonoma Valley. We have once again partnered with Stellar Catering, a collaboration between renowned chefs Bruce Reizenman of Park Avenue Catering, and Ari Weiswasser, the Executive Chef at Glen Ellen Star. The evening features fabulous silent and live auctions, a mechanical bull, petting zoo, and much more. Beer is provided by Lagunitas Brewing Company, and libations by Sonoma Coast Spirits, with an opportunity to taste their grappa selection post-dinner, paired with Sjaak’s Organic Chocolates.

The Farm to sTable Dinner includes a variety of cash and product sponsorship opportunities with associated benefits such as event tickets, signage and other branding opportunities, social media exposure, and more. Iron Man Santa Rosa @ Lake Sonoma to Downtwon Santa Rosa
Jan 16 @ 11:09 pm – Jan 17 @ 12:09 am

Race through the vineyards of California’s wine country as you work your way to this iconic IRONMAN finish line!

The new IRONMAN Santa Rosa offers athletes the same high-quality event they’ve come to know and love in the heart of Sonoma County, with winding roads dotted with vineyards and world-class accommodation. For past race results from IRONMAN Vineman, please visit the event page.

Staged in beautiful Sonoma County and traversing through quaint communities like Geyersville and Healdsburg, IRONMAN Santa Rosa draws not only triathletes, but their wine and food loving family and support crews back every year. The event is a ticket into the heart of the world-famous wine regions of the Napa and Sonoma valleys, and once you’re there, you won’t want to leave. There are B&Bs and boutique hotel options to suit every budget, as well as thousands of wineries, craft breweries, and farm-to-table restaurants for pre-race fueling and post-race celebrations. The race also offers a springboard for vacation itineraries including the San Francisco Bay Area, Santa Cruz mountains, and coastal redwood forests.

The split transition race begins at Lake Sonoma, nestled in the beautiful mountains of Northern California. The 2.4-mile swim is a two-loop course taking place in the calm, clean Lake Sonoma. Athletes will transition to their bikes, setting out on the 112-mile course featuring gentle rollers as they ride through famous wine country and quaint towns. The City of Santa Rosa hosts transition two where athletes will begin a tree-lined, two-loop marathon along the Santa Rosa Creek trail. The finish line will take place at the new Courthouse Square park ideally located in downtown in Santa Rosa where great food and wine can be enjoyed by all spectators.

Preserving the best parts of the iconic IRONMAN Vineman event and improving the overall athlete experience, the course, which is less than 10 miles from the original venue, is a tour of Sonoma County’s beautiful wine country and pastoral countryside, passing through famous grape growing regions including: the Russian River Valley Region, Dry Creek Valley, and Alexander Valley.

Journey Revisited in Concert with The HOTS @ Citrus Fair Fairgrounds
Sep 28 @ 6:00 pm

Local band, The HOTS go on stage at 6:00 pm. THIS IS NOT YOUR MAMA’S COVER BAND. Think Beatles, followed by Britney Spears, followed by Metallica. Sounds crazy, but it works. The HOTS have gained a following by taking songs their audiences know and love, and making them come alive in a whole new way. No backing tracks here, and no two shows are ever the same. They call it old school rock with new wheels.

The band has had an amazing 2019 already, playing Guy Fieri’s birthday party in January, where they were joined onstage by both Sammy Hagar and Chad Kroeger from Nickelback. Guy Fieri was so taken with the band that he insisted they come down to Disneyland to follow his performance at California Adventure’s Food and Wine Festival in March.

Journey Revisited will go live at approximately 7:30 pm. Since 2011, Journey Revisited has been dedicated to replicating the sound of classic Journey through their spectacular live performances. These exceptional musicians cover all of the fan favorites from Don’t Stop Believin’ and Wheel in the Sky to Any Way You Want It, Lights and many more — and they do it without pre-recorded backing tracks or digital vocal enhancements. Journey Revisited delivers the organic live sound of the album oriented rock era, just the way you remember it.

Two lead vocalists, Frank House and Kevin Jachetta bring the classic Steve Perry- Gregg Rolie sound with their authentic re-creation of Journey’s distinctive vocals. The band has toured throughout the west coast, playing fairs, casinos, festivals, and private parties.
