Our wines are crafted in the European style. We strive for moderate alcohol; subtle varietal fruitiness; complex aromas and flavors from controlled fermentation and barrel aging; sufficient acid to produce a wine that enhances a meal; and ample tannins to lay the red wines down if you so choose.

Our winemaking philosphy is the same as our way of life:
