Bones Roadhouse is a BBQ restaurant with Brews & Blues on the Northern Coast of California in Gualala. Offering authentic Texas Style Wood Pit Bar-B-Que. All of their specialty meats are slow smoked with native oak & alder in a custom built J&R closed-pit smoker, rubbed with a blend of Texas spices and then cooked from four (chicken & ribs) to twelve hours (pork shoulder & beef brisket).
