The Sea Grill, founded in 1988, is the winner of the Eureka Times-Standard Reader’s Choice Award for Best Seafood Restaurant in Humboldt County for the last 16 years. The wide variety of fresh seafood on the menu is exquisitely prepared to your liking—sauteed, grilled, charbroiled, broiled, poached, pan or deep fried, and accompanied by delicate sauces. We specialize in fresh local seafood. Other specialties include Harris Ranch aged filet mignon, New York steaks charbroiled to perfection, and expertly roasted prime rib, served nightly. Spinach & Cheese-Stuffed Chicken, Chicken Saute Sec and Roasted Duck in a cherry merlot sauce round out the menu. Dinners include your choice of the soup of the day, our award-winning seafood chowder, or a visit to the extensive salad bar.
A beautiful antique mahogany bar that came “around the horn” in the 1880s is the centerpiece of the lounge. There you can relax with an extensive selection of spirits, wines and microbrews, or enjoy great speciality drinks. In addition, a private banquet room can accommodate groups up to 50. If you are looking for a unique fine dining experience, The Sea Grill, housed in lovely Victorian quarters in Old Town, is not to be missed.
